I have no clue! According to w3.org, CSS stands for "cascading style sheets" and is a language used for styling structured documents such as HTML and XML¹. I've tried to learn CSS many times and haven't learned much but here are some resources I've found useful:

• Searching for "[feature I want] CSS" (e.g. "replace li symbol CSS")
• Using my browser's "Inspect element" feature to peek at how other sites do things!
